Charlotte, NC (January 5, 2021) – Around 8:15 a.m. on the morning of Monday, January 5, a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Capps Hill Mine Road. It is believed that the vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, leading to the damaging collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time.
