Charlotte, NC (February 16, 2021) – At 7:50 a.m. on Tuesday morning, February 16, a car accident occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of Steele Creek Road and Sledge Road when two vehicles collided with each other. Few details have been released but it is believed that two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident. One or more victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time.
