Charlotte, NC (February 9, 2021) – Around 7:40 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, February 9, a car accident took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident happened at the intersection of West 24th Street and North Church Street when two vehicles collided. The vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the crash to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
