Charlotte, NC (January 29, 2021) – At 11:10 a.m. on Friday morning, January 29, a car accident with injuries took place on a roadway in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident happened at 5840 Westpark Drive when multiple vehicles collided in the area. Few details have been released but it is believed that one or more vehicles lost control in the area. The vehicles involved were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
