Charlotte, NC (February 5, 2021) – At 4 a.m. on Friday morning, February 5, a car crash took place at an intersection in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident took place at the intersection of Brookshire Boulevard and Dakota Street. Few details have been released but police confirmed that two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the crash to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
