Charlotte, NC (January 14, 2021) – At 8 a.m. on Thursday morning, January 14, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials were immediately called to the scene where they discovered that two or more vehicles collided at the intersection of Shamrock Drive and Eastway Drive. It is believed that the vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages to the vehicles involved.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the collision to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital, though their identities and conditions are not entirely known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the collision continues.
