Charlotte, NC (January 15, 2021) – At 7:30 p.m. on the evening of Thursday, January 14, a hit-and-run accident with injuries occurred in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place at 1901 Milton Road when two vehicles collided in the area. Few details have been released but it is believed that the vehicles collided forcefully and one fled the scene of the accident. The collision led to extensive damages in the involved vehicles.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene of the accident. One or more people were injured due to the collision. The injured victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for some time. It is not known if the police caught the driver responsible for the accident.
