Charlotte, NC (January 28, 2021) – Around 11:50 a.m. on Thursday morning, January 28, a hit-and-run crash with injuries occurred in Charlotte.
According to Charlotte officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Holland Avenue and Isenhour Street. Few details have been released but police confirmed that two vehicles collided at the intersection. One of the vehicles immediately fled the scene of the accident. It is not known if police were able to catch the driver responsible for the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
