Charlotte, NC (January 8, 2021) – Around 5:45 a.m. on Friday morning, January 8, a multi-vehicle collision occurred on a roadway in Charlotte.
Charlotte officials confirmed that the accident took place at 345 South Kings Drive when two or more vehicles collided with each other. The circumstances of the collision are not yet known but the vehicles involved were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident. One or more victims were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time until police cleared the scene.
