Garner, NC (July 21, 2021) – At 2:33 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 21, a car accident happened at an intersection in Garner.
According to the Garner Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Benson Road and Kentucky Drive. Two or more vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
