Garner, NC (August 14, 2021) – At 10:32 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, August 14, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Garner.
According to the Garner Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of White Oak Road and Timber Drive East. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. This caused the vehicles to forcefully collide, leading to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized but their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
