Greensboro, NC (January 10, 2021) – A deadly hit-and-run accident on Saturday, January 9, in Greensboro left one woman with fatal injuries.
Local authorities were notified of the accident at around 12:28 a.m. that morning. According to initial reports, Donal Bruton was reportedly driving in a parking lot at Choppers Bar located at the 3513 block of Burlington Road at the time of the deadly accident. Bruton was driving recklessly through the parking lot when he struck a nearby pedestrian.
The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries in the accident. The deceased party was identified as Angela Haith. Bruton fled the scene of the crash after hitting the pedestrian.
