Holland, NC (July 2, 2021) – At 1:23 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, July 2, a car accident happened at an intersection in Holland.
According to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of Mt. Pleasant Road and Sunset View Court. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were called to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were injured in the crash. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
