Hope Mills, NC (August 30, 2021) – At 8:27 p.m. on the night of Monday, August 30, a car crash with injuries occurred in Hope Mills.
According to Garner Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Fayetteville Road and Trade Street. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles then forcefully collided with one another. Tow trucks removed the vehicles from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
