Knightdale, NC (August 2, 2021) – At 9:38 p.m. on the night of Sunday, August 1, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Knightdale.
According to Knightdale Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Old Hodge Road and Old Faison Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured due to the accident. The parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for an extended period of time.
