Knightdale, NC – Multi-Vehicle Collision on Knightdale Blvd Leads to Injuries

Knightdale, NC (March 17, 2021) – Around 1:36 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 17, a multi-vehicle collision with injuries occurred on a roadway in Knightdale.

According to Raleigh Police Department officials, the accident took place in the westbound lanes of Knightdale Boulevard around the area of I-540. It is believed that multiple vehicles collided in the area when one or more lost control. This led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time.
