Morrisville, NC (July 23, 2021) – At 2:43 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, July 23, a car accident with injuries occurred in Morrisville.
According to the Morrisville Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Carrington Mill Boulevard and Chapel Hill Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to collide with one another. The vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
