Raleigh, NC (February 25, 2021) – At 3:56 p.m. on the afternoon of Thursday, February 25, a bus accident took place on a roadway in Raleigh.
According to Raleigh Police, the accident took place on Capital Boulevard around the area of I-440. Few details have been released but police confirmed that a bus sideswiped a passenger vehicle due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
