Raleigh, NC (June 24, 2021) – At 11:13 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, June 24, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Baileywick Road and Strickland Road. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other after entering the intersection. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
