Raleigh, NC (May 5, 2021) – At 8:24 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, May 5, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Cameron Street and Smallwood Drive. Two vehicles allegedly collided after entering the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages to the vehicles involved.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time.
