Raleigh, NC (July 9, 2021) – At 8:03 a.m. on the morning of Friday, July 9, a car accident with injuries occurred in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Hillsborough Street and Gorman Street. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time.
