Raleigh, NC (June 9, 2021) – At 4:24 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 9, a car accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Lynn Road and Six Forks Road. Several vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, which caused them to forcefully collide.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.

The roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time.
