Raleigh, NC (June 15, 2021) – At 7:13 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, June 15, a car accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Old Wake Forest Road and Triangle Town Boulevard. Two or more vehicles collided after entering the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the crash were extensively damaged due to the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately called to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The intersection was blocked in several lanes for an extended period of time.
