Raleigh, NC (July 24, 2021) – At 5 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, July 24, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Raven Ridge Road and Falls of Neuse Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
