Raleigh, NC (May 1, 2021) – At 2:17 p.m. on the afternoon of Saturday, May 1, a car accident with injuries occurred in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Ray Road and Broad Street. Two or more vehicles collided with one another in the area, which caused one of the vehicles to roll over. The vehicles involved were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time, which led to delays.
