Raleigh, NC – Car Accident at Sugar Bush Rd & Lead Mine Rd

Raleigh, NC (June 14, 2021) – At 4:28 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, June 14, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Sugar Bush Road and Lead Mine Road. Two or more vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were hospitalized with injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.

The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
