Raleigh, NC (June 28, 2021) – At 4:52 p.m. on the afternoon of Sunday, June 27, a car accident occurred at a Raleigh intersection.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Sunnybrook Road and Poole Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to unknown reasons. The damages to the involved vehicles were extensive.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were trapped in their vehicle and had to be extricated by fire crews. The injured parties were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
