Raleigh, NC (July 6, 2021) – At 3:53 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 6, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Cane Garden Drive and Battle Bridge Road. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with one another. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
