Raleigh, NC (December 17, 2021) – At 4:54 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, December 17, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to Raleigh Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Common Oaks Drive and Forest Pines Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles forcefully collided with each other. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, a large portion of the roadway was blocked in the area for some time.
