Raleigh, NC (October 8, 2021) – At 1:25 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, October 8, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to Raleigh Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Falls of Neuse Road and Durant Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time. This led to delays in the area.
