Raleigh, NC (April 25, 2021) – At 10:15 p.m. on the night of Saturday, April 24, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the collision took place at the intersection of Fayetteville Road and Pinewinds Drive. It is believed that two or more vehicles collided when they entered the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the crash. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time as police cleared the scene.
