Raleigh, NC (March 25, 2021) – At 2 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, March 25, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the collision happened at the intersection of Gorman Street and Ligon Street. Two or more vehicles collided with each other after entering the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
No further details have been released. The investigation continues.
