Raleigh, NC – Car Crash at Intersection of Lynn Rd & Sandy Forks Rd

Raleigh, NC (April 13, 2021) – Around 9 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, April 13, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Lynn Road and Sandy Forks Road. Two or more vehicles collided after entering the intersection at the same time. The vehicles were left with extensive damages.

Paramedics and numerous other local responders were called to the scene to assist the involved parties. One person was trapped in their vehicle and had to be rescued by fire crews. This led to traumatic injuries. The party was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for a period of time.
