Raleigh, NC (July 25, 2021) – At 5:37 p.m. on the evening of Sunday, July 25, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident occurred at the intersection of New Hope Road and Buffalo Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to collide forcefully. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged due to the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
