Raleigh, NC (July 5, 2021) – At 1:18 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, July 5, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Pinnacle Peak Drive and Old Milburnie Road. Two or more vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked at the intersection for some time.
