Raleigh, NC – Car Crash at Sanderford Rd & Rock Quarry Rd

Raleigh, NC (June 30, 2021) – Around 9:33 p.m. on the night of Wednesday, June 30, a car crash with injuries occurred at a Raleigh intersection.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Sanderford Road and Rock Quarry Road. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, which caused them to forcefully collide. This caused severe damages to the involved vehicles.

Paramedics and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.

The intersection was blocked in the area for some time, which led to delays.
