Raleigh, NC (June 21, 2021) – At 12:43 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, June 21, a car crash with injuries occurred at a Raleigh intersection.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Western Boulevard and Method Road. Two or more vehicles allegedly collided after entering the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident continues.
