Raleigh, NC (October 6, 2021) – At 3:35 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 6, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to Raleigh Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Leesville Road and Lynn Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
