Raleigh, NC (September 21, 2021) – At 3:30 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 21, a car crash with injuries occurred in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of North New Hope Road and Skycrest Drive. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were hurt in the crash. The injured victims were hospitalized with their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time until police cleared the scene.
