Raleigh, NC (February 27, 2021) – At 7:23 p.m. on Friday evening, February 26, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident took place at the intersection of NC-42 and Rock Service Station Road. Two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, which caused them to collide forcefully. The vehicles involved were left with severe damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were transported to the hospital by EMS crews.
The intersection was blocked in the area for a period of time until police cleared the scene.
The circumstances leading up to the collision are still under investigation.
