Raleigh, NC (December 11, 2021) – At 5:59 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, December 11, a car crash with injuries occurred in Raleigh.
According to Raleigh Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Youth Center Drive and Trinity Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
