Raleigh, NC (December 2, 2021) – At 5:21 p.m. on the evening of Wednesday, December 1, a motorcycle crash with injuries occurred in Raleigh.
According to Raleigh Police, the accident happened on New Bern Avenue around the area of South Tarboro Street and North Raleigh Boulevard. A motorcycle was traveling in the area when it was suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle that was traveling in the area. The motorcycle was extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The motorcyclist, who has not yet been identified, was traumatically injured in the collision. Their condition is not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
