Raleigh, NC (June 23, 2021) – At 1:23 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 23, a multi-vehicle collision with injuries occurred in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened at 349 Tryon Road when two or more vehicles collided with each other. The vehicles were traveling in the area when one or more lost control, causing them to collide forcefully. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
