Raleigh, NC (July 8, 2021) – At 12:25 p.m. on the afternoon of Thursday, July 8, a man was killed in a fatal car accident in Raleigh.
According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Spring Forest Road and Wyckhurst Court. Three vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided at the intersection for reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. One person, who has not yet been identified, was injured in the crash. Another victim, identified as 73-year-old Nader Kasebi, was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of traumatic injuries.
The roadway was blocked entirely around the area of New Market Way and Stephens Ridge Court.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
