Raleigh, NC – New Bern Ave & Duckling Way Site of Multi-Vehicle Car Accident

Raleigh, NC (November 13, 2021) – At 4:39 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, November 13, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Raleigh.

According to Raleigh Police, the accident happened at the intersection of New Bern Avenue and Duckling Way. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged. They had to be towed from the scene by tow trucks.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were seriously injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.

Due to the severity of the accident, a portion of the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
