Raleigh, NC – T-Bone Collision at Durham Rd & Old Falls of Neuse Rd

Raleigh, NC (September 15, 2021) – At 9:47 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, September 14, a T-bone collision happened at an intersection in Raleigh.

According to Raleigh Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Durham Road and Old Falls of Neuse Road. A vehicle was traveling in the area when it entered the intersection, slamming into the side of another vehicle in a T-bone collision. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the accident. The injured victims were extricated from their vehicles by fire crews and rushed to the hospital. Their conditions are not yet known.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time as police worked to clear the scene.

No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
