Rocky Mount, NC (September 24, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision in Rocky Mount on Thursday, September 24th. 

The accident took place at about 6:20 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Rocky Mount Boulevard. 

According to Rocky Mount Police, the crash involved the motorcyclist and another vehicle. The circumstances leading up to the fatal collision have not been released.  

“The motorcyclist died at the scene. Their identity has not been released pending family notification. 

The Rocky Mount Police Traffic Crash Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation into this tragedy.
