Wake Forest, NC – Car Accident at Old Weaver Trl & Creedmoor Rd

Wake Forest, NC (February 23, 2021) – Around 6:20 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, February 23, a serious car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Wake Forest.

According to Raleigh officials, the accident took place at the intersection of Old Weaver Trail and Creedmoor Road. Few details have been released but it is believed that two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result of the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the collision to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
