Wake Forest, NC (June 15, 2021) – At 6:28 p.m. on Tuesday evening, June 15, a car crash with injuries occurred in Wake Forest.
According to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at an intersection in Wake Forest. The crash allegedly took place at the intersection of Durham Road and Six Forks Road when two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for an extended period of time as police cleared the scene.
