Zebulon, NC (July 12, 2021) – At 12:53 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, July 12, a car accident with injuries occurred in Zebulon.
According to the Zebulon Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Shepard School Road and Rosinburg Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly collided with one another due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
The intersection was blocked for an extended period of time.
